Where is Marthills International located?
Marthills’ headquarters is located in Nottingham in the UK. We offer a collection service from our Beeston warehouse, on the outskirts of Nottingham, with excellent road links in and out via the A52, A50, A46 and M1.
Does Marthills International offer delivery services?
Yes. Marthills offers Economy and Next Day Delivery. Orders placed before 12pm leave our warehouses that day. Next Day is always the next business day, and Economy deliveries include a transport-team booking call. Please check our Delivery information page for full details.
What sized vehicle will deliver my pallet, and how do I unload it?
The vehicle normally is an 18-ton lorry. Every delivery vehicle is fitted with a tail lift and has a pump truck on board, so the driver can lower your pallet to the floor. If you require a smaller delivery vehicle, add a note at checkout.
Do you deliver to residential houses?
Yes, we deliver to residential houses anywhere in the UK.
I don't have a forklift, will the delivery driver be able to take the pallet off the vehicle for me?
That is not a problem. Our delivery vehicles are equipped with tail lifts and pallet handlers to ease the delivery process. The driver will help you get the pallet off the vehicle and onto your drive.
What types of pallets does Marthills International offer?
Marthills offers a wide variety of pallets, including household and furniture, games and toys, kitchen electricals and garden tools. We have pallets across a range of values and quantities, plus smaller starter packs for new eBay sellers, market resellers and Facebook traders.
What is the condition of the returned goods?
Marthills’ Returns Pallets are sold as unchecked and untested returns. Products should be checked and tested, and repairs made before resale. A pallet can include unwanted gifts, changed-mind returns, faulty items, damaged items or boxes, missing items, and incorrect colours, shades, shapes, sizes or prices.
Can I come and view your stock?
You can view a selection of display pallets at our Nottingham warehouse. Please call +447828 716013 to book an appointment.
Can I collect the pallets that I purchase from your website?
Website purchases are delivered because delivery is charged automatically at checkout. You may purchase at the warehouse and take stock with you; we can help load a pallet into your vehicle with a forklift, or you may loose-load the goods into your vehicle. Do I have time to break the pallet to load into my car if I come and collect?
Yes. You can break the pallet down to loose-load it into your car or van, and you do not need to take the wooden pallet away; we can reuse and recycle it.
I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
Use the “Lost your password?” link beneath the sign-in box. The website will then send password-reset instructions to your email address.
If I purchase from your site, can my goods be delivered to a different address that is not my card’s registered address?
For security, an order paid using a bank card can normally only be delivered to the address registered to that card. If you need an alternative address, contact us with the pallets you wish to order and the delivery address so our team can discuss the available arrangement with you.
I don’t like paying with my credit / debit card online, is your website secure?
Our checkout records your order securely. No payment is collected online: after receiving your order, the Marthils team will contact you with the payment details for the selected payment arrangement.
Do you have a catalogue I can buy from?
We do not have a catalogue, but we publish regular adverts throughout the year in the national press and online.
Can I have pallets delivered to another address?
For an alternative delivery address, please contact us with your name, email address, telephone number, invoice address, delivery address, chosen delivery service and pallet quantity. We will let you know the available payment and delivery arrangement.
What payment methods does Marthills accept besides credit or debit cards?
At checkout, select the available payment arrangement and submit your order. No online payment is collected; after receiving your order, our team will contact you with the payment details.
How are pallets packaged and described for buyers?
Each pallet is shrink-wrapped and supplied with a detailed stock list. The list outlines the contents and includes the purchase price and estimated retail value to help you assess potential margins.
Can Marthills support bulk or international shipments, such as large-scale exports?
Yes. Bulk buyers can purchase 40-foot containers directly from catalogue suppliers, and loose-loaded containers are available for exporters to optimise space and shipping cost.

What are Marthills’ warehouse opening hours?
